In purchasing or joining for a free Coupity.ca membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement. You understand that Coupity.ca and its subsidiaries, merchants and partners (collectively, “Coupity”) make available online products and services to members of this program.

By purchasing the Membership, submitting your information and/or using the Membership you are indicating that you are 18 years old or older and agree to be bound by this Membership Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that the Membership Agreement may be modified or terminated at any time for misuse. Any changes made will appear on this page. It is your responsibility to refer to the Membership Agreement prior to using your Membership. You will be deemed to have accepted any change to this Membership Agreement if you continue to use your Membership after that change has been posted here.

Membership Purchase

When purchasing or joining for a free Coupity.ca membership, you must provide Coupity.ca or your sales representative with accurate and complete information (including but not limited to name and billing information). Coupity.ca shall utilize this information to create your account. In the event you wish tochange your personal/billing information, you can manually do so via your account settings or by contacting Customer Service.

Membership Use

Your Membership login is your gateway to savings, benefits and services. Ensure you record your login information, and/or do not delete your Coupity.ca welcome email. Your Coupity account can only be logged in by one person at a time. At no time can a Member create multiple copies of benefits or savings for the purpose of sharing or distribution. All coupon redemptions are tracked and updated to merchants.

Third Party Sites

You will be transferred to online merchants or other third party sites through links on our Site. We are a directory of sites and offers they promote. The Site does not sell any goods to consumers and nothing on the Site shall be construed as an offer to sell any goods.

Any purchases of goods you make will be through other websites and from other companies. You are cautioned to read that parties terms and conditions and all policies, including policies regarding sales, returns, warranties, and privacy before using such sites in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites. Be sure to carefully investigate such sites on your own to your satisfaction.

We also caution you to carefully read the terms and conditions of any coupons, specials, sweepstakes, sales or other offers from these merchants. Coupity.ca shall not be responsible for any issues from the following: misrepresentations, product or service, offensive, infringing, libelous or illegal materials, lack of availability of other sites, information, promotions, products, or services and viruses resulting from use of such sites; or any liabilities resulting from the terms and conditions of other sites. Coupity.ca does not guarantee any content on such sites or anything offered by third parties, including but not limited to prices, promotions, products and services.

You are knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of using such sites to purchase goods and services and of using the “coupons” and specials listed on the Site. You agree that Coupity.ca and its licensors and advertisers shall have no liability whatsoever from use of third party sites.

Use of Coupity.ca Coupons In-store

You must provide a printed coupon for the specific discount you want before you make a purchase at your selected merchant location. Coupity.ca uses this information to track merchant performance to further offer you better and more savings.

Use of Mobile Application

You must be logged into your Coupity.ca account on the mobile application and be in the “My Coupons” tab of your account. To redeem, please present the coupon and press the redeem button at the time of purchase.

Use of Online Discounts

In order to redeem coupons with our online merchants, we provide discount codes tailored to the online merchant you have selected. Provide this code during your purchase if required for instant savings. Coupity.ca is not liable for any products or services provided by these merchants.

Use of your Coupity.ca Membership, or any associated Member benefits and discounts in a manner that violates the Membership Agreement or of any participating merchant or online partner prohibited by this Agreement is grounds for termination of your Coupity.ca Membership. Coupity.ca reserves the right to cancel your Member rights immediately in the event of such a violation.

Expiration and Cancellation

Yearly Coupity.ca Memberships purchased via Coupity.ca or a Coupity.ca charitable partner will automatically expire one year from the activation date. Your Coupity.ca membership will automatically expire the following year on the date of purchase. You the Member will be prompted prior to your Membership completion. We have a 7 day money back guarantee to ensure your satisfied. At the time of purchase you have 7 days to cancel your membership. Please email info@coupity.ca to cancel your membership within 7 days.

Coupity.ca Online

Coupity.ca offers the most up-to-date information on savings and benefits offered by participating merchants. Coupity.ca makes a full effort to maintain our database up to date, however, Coupity.ca is not responsible for merchant restrictions or changes to their offers that are not communicated with Coupity.ca. As a Coupity.ca Member you must login to gain access to savings and promotions. Members will be provided with a temporary login/password that can be changed upon activation via the “My Account” section. If you forget your login or password, upon verification that you are the rightful owner of the account, Coupity.ca will e-mail your information to the e-mail address you provided during the purchase of your membership.

Coupity.ca members may access account information via the “my account” tab. When changing details on your account you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Members can search for savings and participating merchants via the various options. Some merchants and discounts may not be available in your area, and Coupity.ca encourages every Member to read through the locations listed on an offer of interest as in some cases savings are not valid at all locations a merchant may have. Coupity.ca makes a full effort to keep the listing merchants and savings up to date, however Coupity.ca is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information regarding a merchant or their discount if they have not updated their information with Coupity.ca.

Merchant Disputes

Members may report disputes with merchants by contacting Coupity.ca Customer Service. Disputes can be emailed to info@coupity.ca with the following information: merchant name, date of redemption, discount denied and purchase information.

Coupity.ca and our merchant partners are independent contractors. Coupity.ca is not liable for any merchant products or services provided through the discount offered, or for any error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material. It is a merchant responsibility to communicate valid information with Coupity to ensure no dispute shall occur.

Email Policy

Coupity members automatically opt-in into receiving Coupity.ca and parent company ( Saving Canada Inc) e-mail and/or mobile phone updates when they purchase online. Updates are utilized to provide additional incentives, special offers, features, site upgrades, events and more. Members have the option to opt out from receiving these emails using the link provided within said correspondence.

Coupity reserves the right to e-mail members with essential information impacting your participation in our program including lost login information as well as communications including contest information. You will not have the option to opt-out of e-mails of this nature.

Changes to Incentives and/or Merchants

Incentives offered by Coupity merchant partnerships may change seasonally and will result in the allowance to re-print. Coupity will update merchant offers as communicated and is not responsible for disputes regarding prior incentive redemption outside of advertised expiration details. Members aware of discontinued offers are urged to contact Coupity customer service via email at info@coupity.ca. Coupity offers no obligation to provide a refund or replacement to a discontinued offer.
